What are some reasons to be an elementary teacher?

There are many reasons to become an elementary teacher. However, everyone has there own reasons. For me it was the influence of my family. Since multiple people in my family are teachers i saw first hand what it was like. I saw all the aspects and realized that it was something I could do for the rest of my life.
